Job Details

Business Development Manager – Civil / LSP plays a key role in driving profitable growth and expanding market share within the civil and LSP sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Foster strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage large-scale civil and LSP projects.
  • Deliver innovative solutions aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and present proposals.
  • Extend the client portfolio.
  • Oversee project lifecycle from inception to handover.
  • Maintain high quality standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of Doka products, key customers, and stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare expressions of interest and tender submissions.
  • Manage projects collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage handover process for successful tenders.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle.
  • Support project-related work (processing, discounting, rental rates, claims).
  • Promote and cross-sell products/services to new and existing customers.
  • Update customer records and enquiry status (CRM).
  • Manage projects collaboratively with team members.
  • Formal business training/equivalent desirable.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as BDM in similar sector.
  • Proven sales and customer management experience (ideally in system formwork).
  • Experience in civil and LSP space highly regarded.
  • Working knowledge of formwork and construction industry.
  • Proven track record of securing new tenders in non-residential construction.
  • Possess effective sales techniques.
  • Be driven, energetic, and passionate about the construction industry.
  • Solve problems effectively and independently.
  • Be self-motivated and solution-oriented.
  • Work ethically and in compliance with policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Well-established client network.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard IT programs.
  • Current driver’s license.
