Contractor Business Development Marketing Manager- FinTech

• Lead RFP response efforts across North America.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, sales, consulting, and product teams.
• Create and maintain an RFP repository.
• Support client marketers and provide teams with strategic business development materials.
• Develop thought leadership and content strategy deliverables.
• Partner with internal and client stakeholders to design and execute marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation through effective problem-solving.
• Manage ad-hoc requests from senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, business development, consulting, or RFP/sales enablement roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end RFP and sales pitch processes.
• Strong background in issuer or merchant marketing, financial services, or client service environments preferred.
• Experience designing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional presentation development, writing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
