Job Details
We are looking for a Business Manager to join our growing team! Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, you will manage major projects and initiatives. You will be a key partner with senior leadership, driving key projects, reporting, and presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and implementation of major projects.
- Manage multiple projects of varying sizes.
- Facilitate project goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Provide weekly status reports.
- Build relationships with decision-makers.
- Recognize process improvement opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to create presentations and reports.
- Manage customer metrics, including usage data and renewal dates.
Requirements:
- 10+ years business management, customer success, or account management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with complex, Fortune 500 customers.
- Comfortable presenting to C-level executives.
- Assertive communication skills and ability to build strategic relationships.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Technology and data networking knowledge.
- Effective decision-making skills.
