Full-Time Business Operations Manager

About Keyrock: We are a leading change-maker in the digital asset space. We are a predominantly remote team with hubs in London, Brussels, and Singapore.

What we are looking for: A Business Operations Manager to ensure business value is delivered, acting as the glue between product, risk, compliance, legal, finance, security, and other teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Control Function Alignment: Collaborate with key teams to ensure audit-readiness and regulatory compliance. Stay current with crypto regulations.
2. Business Unit Needs: Proactively identify and address operational needs. Facilitate integrations (e.g., connecting market-making desks).
3. Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance processes to scale. Manage and optimize processes around Deal Approval and Outsourcing.
4. Documentation & Knowledge Management: Build and maintain repositories for documentation, competitive intelligence, etc. Create user-friendly documentation and compliance checklists.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster collaboration between teams to ensure seamless alignment. Promote transparency.
6. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor product analytics and generate insights to support decision-making.
7. Special Projects: Lead initiatives addressing emerging challenges. Support commercial/sales teams.

Background & Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in business/product operations, compliance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and organizational skills, especially for managing regulatory documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant qualifications in project and delivery management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, Agile).
• Experience/familiarity with algorithmic/high-frequency trading a plus.
