We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to spearhead feature and service improvements. Your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain strategic relationships with our North American EOR partners for exceptional service delivery and maximizing client value.
Responsibilities:
- Create & optimize Operations Department processes
- Create and monitor performance metrics
- Improve stakeholder onboarding and platform efficiency
- Monitor department efficiency and develop improvements
- Collaborate with Customer Success on escalations
- Oversee planning, systems, controls, and fiscal documentation
- Escalate client concerns, resolve complaints, and maximize satisfaction
- Work with tax calculators, country guides, and compliance
- Provide operational data and insights for improvement strategies
- Ensure smooth workflows and communication channels
- Track daily operations escalations
- Establish a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment
- Be the principal point of contact for external stakeholders
- Support employee appraisals, communicating expectations and monitoring contributions
- Analyze data, predict company requirements, prepare a yearly budget, and plan future spending
Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in EOR, outsourcing, or client-facing HR tech
- 2-5 years experience in HR or employment law in at least 2-3 North American jurisdictions
- Ability to build processes and programs from the ground up
- 1-3 years project management experience
- Multilingual is a plus
