Job Details
We are looking for a Business Process Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives in the life sciences sector. This role acts as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, contributing to the design and optimization of business processes across enterprise platforms such as SAP.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document process requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Participate in workshops and design sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support system testing, validation, and user training activities.
- Contribute to process mapping and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and status reporting.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in business process consulting or functional roles.
- Exposure to SAP or other enterprise applications in a business context.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Familiarity with life sciences or regulated industries is a plus.
