We are seeking a Business Process Manager to manage specific processes within the Digital & Tech Operating Model, aligning with organizational objectives and adapting to changing business needs.
This role is for a top 3 food and beverage company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document new/improved processes, aligning with organizational goals.
- Analyze existing processes to identify improvements, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.
- Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with IT for implementation.
- Utilize data analysis to identify patterns and inform process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and process improvement methodologies.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct training sessions on new processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure accurate process documentation and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Lead process implementation and improvements using agile/iterative approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, gathering requirements and addressing concerns.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to drive continuous improvement and smooth adoption.
- Foster a collaborative environment to drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business process management.
- Project management and recordkeeping experience.
- Strong understanding of process improvement and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum experience ideal).
