Job Details
We are looking for a Business Process Transformation Manager to drive growth and transformation initiatives within our Enterprise and Wholesale business unit. As an Individual Contributor, you will work with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to:
- Create business processes supporting new products
- Transform current systems and workflows
- Drive technical efficiencies as Brightspeed establishes their new system stack
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate with business leaders to understand problems and opportunities
- Drive cross-functional discovery and decision-making
- Document business and systems requirements
- Drive resolution of identified issues and gaps
- Drive key strategic projects including product launch and system transformation
- Champion changes for improved user and customer experience
- Develop and execute change management and communication plans
- Oversee testing schedules and logistics
- Provide project management direction to the team
- Manage risks and develop mitigation plans
- Manage change control and communicate impact
- Identify and manage project dependencies
