Full-Time Business Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Manager to join ServiceNow's Global Partnerships & Channels team, supporting the Partner Acceleration leader. This role will focus on strategic projects, from ideation to execution, across the GPC ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a structured strategic thinker, problem solver, and collaborative team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational rhythm (pipeline, forecasting, reporting, meetings).
• Own cross-stakeholder alignment (product, sales, marketing, etc.).
• Identify operational excellence opportunities.
• Streamline processes and remove redundancies.
• Prepare executive communications and presentations.
• Support meeting preparation and follow-up.
• Collaborate across functions and stakeholders.
• Partner with other business managers for alignment.
• Build strong relationships with key business partners.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in consulting or strategic projects (software/SaaS).
• Prior business manager or consultant experience preferred.
• Experience establishing programmatic efforts at scale.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills.
• Intellectual curiosity about data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and influence skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.

Compensation:

Base pay: $135,300 - $236,800, plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
