Customer-oriented service representative needed.
A customer service representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer empathy are key.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Assess customer needs for satisfaction
- Build strong customer relationships
- Provide accurate information using proper tools
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle complaints, find solutions, and follow up
- Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Engage customers proactively
Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Adaptability and ability to work with diverse customer personalities
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Proficiency in English
