Part-Time Call Center Agent

We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative.

A customer service representative will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing incoming calls
• Generating sales leads
• Identifying and assessing customer needs
• Building customer relationships
• Providing accurate product/service information
• Meeting sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handling customer complaints
• Following up on complaint resolution
• Recording customer interactions
• Following communication procedures
• Engaging customers

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service abilities
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to adapt and respond effectively
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus

Additional Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the United States
• US resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
