We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative.
A customer service representative will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying and assessing customer needs
- Building customer relationships
- Providing accurate product/service information
- Meeting sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer complaints
- Following up on complaint resolution
- Recording customer interactions
- Following communication procedures
- Engaging customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus
Additional Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the United States
