Customer Service Representative: We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. Customer service representatives will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer issues. Strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication are crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Build relationships with customers
- Provide accurate information
- Meet sales and call handling targets
