Compass Government Solutions is seeking a Call Center Coaching Staff to support Service Members, Veterans, and their families.
Job Duties:
- Conduct quality assurance monitoring of calls, emails, and chat interactions.
- Provide constructive feedback to Call Center Representatives through coaching sessions.
- Identify performance gaps and training needs.
- Develop and implement coaching plans.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs.
- Create and update coaching materials.
- Facilitate workshops and group training sessions.
- Stay informed on industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide Call Center Representatives.
- Motivate agents to meet performance goals.
- Foster a positive coaching environment.
- Collaborate with Supervisors and Management.
- Track and report on coaching effectiveness.
- Participate in calibration sessions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management.
Required:
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Licensed mental health professional
- Clinical experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling
- Experience working with military service members and veterans regarding mental health
Preferred:
- Minimum of three years of experience delivering in-person patient care
