Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative (CSR). A CSR will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills are essential. CSRs should be patient, empathetic, and communicative. They must be able to understand and advocate for customers, gather customer feedback, and effectively troubleshoot problems.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying and assessing customer needs
- Building customer relationships
- Providing accurate product/service information
- Meeting sales and call handling targets
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- Keeping records of customer interactions
- Following communication procedures and policies
- Engaging customers proactively
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Experience with CRM systems
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in English
- Analytical skills
- Multilingual proficiency (a plus)
- Sales experience (preferred)
