REMOTE Call Center Relationship Specialist

The WAPCo Company is seeking driven, reliable individuals to excel with our growing team.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Highly motivated team members with a passion for helping customers and a drive to learn and grow.

Shift: 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday

  • Provide customer service to claimants, providers, and clients via telephone or correspondence.
  • Maintain customer service logs.
  • Process any incoming client correspondence.
  • Meet or exceed production goals.
  • Meet or exceed customer service quality standards.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.

WHERE YOU'LL BE LOCATED:In a secure, quiet location with high speed, reliable internet either remotely or in our Office. This role is mostly remote, with the exception of reporting to the office once per month for local employees.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Proven ability to communicate bilingually (English/Spanish).
  • Stellar people & listening skills.
  • Proven reliability and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply provisions of manuals, SPDs, medical terminology, and insurance claims.

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two years customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with medical codes and/or terminology helpful.
