Job Details
Lap of Love is seeking a Call Center Representative (Veterinary Care Coordinator) with excellent customer service skills. Join our team and provide compassionate support to pet families.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to pet families.
- Answer a high volume of calls remotely.
- Document pet medical information and schedule appointments.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Guide emotional conversations calmly.
- Provide stellar customer service.
- Adhere to attendance and work deadlines.
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments.
- Ability to learn custom software (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, Zoom).
- Work-from-home experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for computer and keyboard use.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- 7 am to 11 pm EST, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
