Job Details
As a Remote Call Center Reservations Representative, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist owners with reservations and account inquiries, and ensure a 5-star experience with every interaction.
What you'll do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from Westgate Resorts owners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Assist owners with booking, canceling, and modifying reservations.
- Explain timeshare ownership benefits, account details, and vacation package options.
- Process external exchange requests and promote Vacation Guard Travel Protection.
- Maintain accurate call documentation and meet performance goals for quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with your team to enhance guest experience and sales performance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education (GED) required
- Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Excellent communication, listening, and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for customer satisfaction
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
