We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative.
A customer service representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Build customer relationships
- Provide accurate information
- Meet sales/call handling targets
- Handle customer complaints
- Follow up on resolutions
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures
- Engage customers proactively
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficient in English
- Data entry proficiency
- Analytical skills
- Multilingual proficiency (a plus)
