Customer-oriented Service Representative needed. We seek a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer account problems accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, generating sales leads, identifying customer needs to achieve satisfaction, building strong customer relationships, providing accurate information, meeting sales targets, handling complaints, following up on resolutions, recording interactions, processing accounts, and adhering to communication procedures. Excellent customer service abilities and strong phone etiquette are required. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Skills required include strong communication, presentation, time management, multi-tasking, data entry, computer skills and potential multilingual abilities. Sales experience and Spanish language proficiency are preferred.
Additional requirements: At least 18 years old, High school diploma or GED, authorized to work in the US, and resident in any US state except CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI.
