We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative. A Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer problems accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying and assessing customer needs
- Building customer relationships
- Providing accurate information using appropriate tools
- Meeting sales and call handling targets
- Handling complaints, providing solutions, and following up for resolution
- Documenting customer interactions
- Following communication procedures
- Going the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications include:
- Excellent customer service skills
