Job Details

Compass Government Solutions LLC is seeking dedicated Call Center Staff to provide high-quality support to Service Members, Veterans, and their families.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages professionally.
  • Actively listen to Service Members' needs and concerns.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic demeanor.
  • Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Update Service Members' information.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Participate in ongoing training.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues or process improvements.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in a medical/hospital call center.
  • Experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling.
  • Fluent in English and/or Spanish.
  • Ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to empathize and acknowledge concerns.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and accurate communication skills.
  • Efficient recording of information.
  • Ability to handle crisis calls effectively.
  • Effective time management.
