As a Campaign Lead - Value & Trade in the Dan Murphy’s team, you will play a lead role in bringing the brand to life through creating customer-first brand strategies that drive customer advocacy, maintain brand momentum and attract new customers to Dan Murphy’s. Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Lead and manage Value & Trade campaigns, activations and communications end to end across all channels, to ensure the campaign is on brand and on time, and delivered across an integrated customer journey.
- Support the development of the Dan Murphy’s Marketing Strategy and Value & Trade communication plan.
- Champion the role of brand and help embed our brand positioning across the business including consistent use of our brand tone of voice and correct implementation of our distinctive brand assets and style guidelines.
- Be accountable for the project management of Value & Trade campaigns, and ensure cross functional team alignment.
- In partnership with Senior Integrated Media Manager, manage the media plan and budget for major campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are clearly measurable and deliver to key customer and commercial objectives, lead the reporting, monitoring and optimisation during the campaign period, and oversee the post campaign review across each channel with all key stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with our creative and media agency partners to get the most effective and efficient outcome for our brand and customer.
- Help mentor and coach junior members of the team to share retail expertise and passion across the team and help grow their knowledge.
- Are flexible and work cross functionally with the broader marketing team to support execution of initiatives outside of your core role, when required.
- Work with teams across Dan’s end to end, creating a customer first team culture and role model the Endeavour Group ways of working.
Now let’s talk about you:
- 5+ Years experience in Marketing, with a strong focus on retail and campaign management.
- Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution, with a demonstrated ability to turn strategic plans into actionable results.
- You thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Expertise in managing budgets and reporting
- Solid understanding of media planning and channels, including execution across digital and non-digital channels.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional business planning, including category strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen within a retail environment, with a deep understanding of optimisation techniques across multiple channels.
- Ability to interpret customer data to develop compelling retail plans and assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.
