Full-Time Campaign Program Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a standout Campaign Program Manager to drive success and growth of integrated global marketing campaigns. Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to develop, execute, and measure campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the creation and development of integrated marketing campaigns for target personas, driving registration for key events (e.g., World Forum, Knowledge).
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate demand and leads across marketing channels (content, social, digital/media, email).
3. Execute and monitor marketing program performance with internal stakeholders.
4. Manage content creation/curation, driving collaboration across teams (website, events, social, paid media, communications, operations, etc., including videos, infographics, emails, slides).
5. Ensure tracking requirements for performance reporting are in place, manage reporting cadence, and identify areas for improvement.
6. Support the Audience Acquisition Team with event initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ experience in B2B integrated marketing or campaign program management
• Strong ability to develop, lead, and execute integrated campaigns, programs, and events.
• Meticulous attention to detail in managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Experience working with global teams and external partners, building collaborative relationships.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools (SEO, SEM, paid media).
• Passion for metrics and data to inform decisions; experience with reporting/dashboard tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with Marketing Automation (Marketo, etc.) is a plus.
• Self-starter with a proactive and fast-paced work style.
