Full-Time Campaigns Director

Indivisible seeks a Campaigns Director to lead non-partisan (c3) campaigns, focusing on network education and organizing for communities in need. This role will oversee a small team, providing vision, mentorship, and strategic direction. The ideal candidate must have strong program development and people management experience, a deep commitment to racial equity, and a skill in building solidarity. The Campaigns Director will be integral in shaping programs that foster inclusion, solidarity, and shared power.

Responsibilities:

• Lead campaign development and implementation, aligning with Indivisible's mission and strategy.
• Collaborate with other teams to design campaigns advancing equity and justice, supporting Indivisible groups in solidarity.
• Support Indivisible network cohorts and sub-communities to enhance member connections and action.
• Evaluate campaigns using data and metrics to inform future work.
• Design and execute C3 programs promoting collaboration and inclusive leadership.
• Integrate Indivisible commitments to solidarity, racial equity, and inclusion into all campaigns and strategies.
• Provide training, resources, and frameworks for group leaders.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely execution and alignment with goals.
• Balance priorities, manage deadlines, and adapt to changes autonomously.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for non-partisan campaigns, providing progress updates.
• Communicate program goals, timelines, and expectations to staff and group leaders.
• Manage staff for "Cohorts and Communities" and "Advancing our Values" bodies of work.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
• Identify improvement areas within programs and seek support.
• Proactively solve problems and deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications:

• Experience organizing for racial, immigrant, and/or gender justice.
• Proven ability to develop, manage, and evaluate effective campaigns.
• Experience managing and mentoring small teams.
• Experience designing and implementing programs supporting collaboration and leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong alignment with Indivisible's mission and values.
• Commitment to racial and social justice.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and handling ambiguity.
• Experience leading DEI initiatives and anti-racism work.

Salary: $100,000 - $148,500 per year
