To support Resultant's growth and solve client problems, we need an Organizational Change Management Consultant.
This role involves designing, developing, and deploying change management strategies to enable the people side of change around critical data, technology, and digital transformation efforts.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams (data engineers, data scientists, technologists) to solve problems and drive outcomes across various industries.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Solid change management background and project delivery experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of change management experience
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus
- Extensive experience establishing and executing change management strategies for data, technology, and digital transformation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable in executive settings
- Experience cross-collaborating with multiple teams
- Collaborative team player with attention to detail, focused on solution quality and execution
