We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive the implementation and adoption of the OneHCP solution. This role requires expertise in change management practices, stakeholder engagement, and communication to ensure the successful anchoring of OneHCP across the organization. The Business Change Manager will work closely with stakeholders, leadership teams, and delivery teams to execute change initiatives effectively.
Preference is given to offshore resources who can work overlapping hours between Denmark (DK) and India, though the specific offshore location remains flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the OneHCP solution adoption.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to align change initiatives with business objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, assess change impacts, and develop communication plans to address resistance and drive adoption.
- Create training materials and facilitate sessions to ensure user adoption and anchoring of the OneHCP solution.
- Design surveys and assessments to measure the adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Communicate change insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Coordinate meetings with the Steering Committee and assist in preparing presentation content.
- Foster a culture of change readiness and continuous improvement across the organization.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in change management, preferably within a large organization.
- Strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) and stakeholder management expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to develop and execute change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Experience in stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
- Proficiency in developing training materials and facilitating training sessions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences industries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with survey tools and assessment frameworks for change adoption.
