Job Details
The Change Management Manager is responsible for executing Clean Earth’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) Capability. This role involves developing and implementing change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop change management deliverables including change plans, communication strategies and training programs.
- Engage stakeholders and manage their expectations.
- Develop communication plans to inform employees and build buy-in.
- Address potential resistance to change, providing support and coaching.
- Support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Monitor progress and track key metrics.
- Integrate change management into project plans.
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 7 years OCM experience
- Formal OCM practitioner certification (i.e., Prosci, LaMarsh, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), etc.)
- Ability to travel – up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
- OCM strategic and tactical practical expertise
- Strong communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-directed, critical thinker with ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable with ambiguous situations
- Project management experience
- Leadership qualities to influence and motivate
- Deep understanding of organizational culture and dynamics
