About the role: Manage change impact assessments and readiness plans for GTM-owned initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams for impactful rollouts. Support frontline managers with resources for team adoption. Manage enablement content, training, and feedback loops for post-launch success. Track KPIs for adoption, engagement, and field feedback.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in change management, GTM enablement, or program management
- Strong understanding of sales, partner, or post-sales workflows and personas
- Experience partnering with Enablement, Communications, and IT teams
- Proficiency with tools like WalkMe, Spekit, or Scribe, and project management skills
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
