Job DescriptionPlease note, this is a W2 hourly position. As a change manager, you’ll guide our client through the transformations that will accelerate them towards their goals. You’ll apply change management models, methodologies, processes, and tools to assess and drive adoption of changes—meeting the client’s need for highly visible programs, projects, and initiatives.
About youYou’re comfortable working alongside product, design, and delivery teams to support change initiatives from idea to execution. You have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and how products are built and delivered. You’re empathetic, communicative, and collaborative. You have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem. You are successful in driving change and project results despite fluctuating requirements. You are motivated and feel compelled to deliver—whether it be on deadlines, promises, or results. You have a track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and processes for clients.
About the teamThe Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. You’ll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications5 - 10 years of overall experience in a change management or a similar role, practicing and applying change methodologies, tools, and processes. Extensive experience leading change management initiatives focused on the implementation and adoption of new technical products and tools. 2+ years of experience as a management consultant, preferably at a large, leading consulting company. Experience collaborating with and influencing technical teams, including product owners and software developers.
Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting Emergency Operation Centers (EOC) and/or first responders is highly preferred. Experience working within the utilities industry. Prosci Change Practitioner certification or comparable change management credentialing.
Additional InformationAt Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target hourly pay range of $66 - $89 for this role. The final hourly rate offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
