AECOM seeks a Chemical Warfare Material Program Manager to work anywhere in the United States.
You will be part of a diverse team delivering remediation services for the Federal market, serving as a Deputy Program and Client Manager for USACE Huntsville Center. Responsibilities include:
- Managing CWM removal under FFP or CPFF contracts for USACE.
- Developing technical approaches and competitive pricing for identifying and removing CWM and munitions.
- Preparing CWM workplans, schedules, managed budgets, and leading field teams in removal actions.
Minimum Requirements:
- BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology, or related field.
- 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager of federal projects or demonstrated equivalency.
- US Citizenship.
Preferred Requirements:
- USACE MMRP experience in CWM remediation.
- Thorough knowledge of USACE EP 75-1-3 and experience with DDESB-approved CSS development for CWM removal.
- 5+ years managing CWM task orders for USACE Huntsville Center (preferred).
- Experience managing projects to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written).
- Organizational management skills and detail-oriented work.
- Experience on MMR programs (CWM and advanced geophysical classification).
- Experience managing CWM projects for USACE Huntsville Center and/or Redstone Arsenal.
- Demonstrated proposal-writing skills (Multiple Award Task Order Contract proposals).
- Demonstrated ability to market and win work.
- Advanced knowledge of DoD and USACE MMR focusing on CWM requirements and processes.
- Excellent and relevant references.
