AECOM seeks a Chemical Warfare Material Program Manager to work with a diverse team on remediation services in the Federal market, specifically for USACE Huntsville Center.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing CWM removal under FFP or CPFF contracts for USACE.
- Developing technical approaches and competitive pricing for CWM/munition removal.
- Preparing CWM work plans, schedules, and managing budgets/quality.
- Leading field teams during removal actions.
Minimum Requirements:
- BS/BA in Engineering, Environmental Science, Soil Science, Geology, or related field.
- 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager on federal projects or equivalent experience/education.
- US Citizenship required.
Preferred Requirements:
- USACE MMRP experience with CWM remediation.
- Thorough knowledge of USACE EP 75-1-3 and experience with DDESB-approved CSS for CWM removal.
- 5+ years' experience managing CWM task order work for USACE Huntsville Center (preferred).
- Project management experience in scope, schedule, and budget.
- Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational management skills and attention to detail.
- MMR program experience (CWM, advanced geophysical classification).
- Experience managing CWM projects for USACE Huntsville Center/Redstone Arsenal.
- Proposal-writing skills, experience with Multiple Award Task Order Contract proposals.
- Proven ability to market and win work.
- Advanced knowledge of DoD and USACE MMR focusing on CWM.
