Full-Time Chemical Warfare Material Program Manager

AECOM seeks a Chemical Warfare Material Program Manager to work with a diverse team on remediation services in the Federal market, specifically for USACE Huntsville Center.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing CWM removal under FFP or CPFF contracts for USACE.
• Developing technical approaches and competitive pricing for CWM/munition removal.
• Preparing CWM work plans, schedules, and managing budgets/quality.
• Leading field teams during removal actions.

Minimum Requirements:

• BS/BA in Engineering, Environmental Science, Soil Science, Geology, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager on federal projects or equivalent experience/education.
• US Citizenship required.

Preferred Requirements:

• USACE MMRP experience with CWM remediation.
• Thorough knowledge of USACE EP 75-1-3 and experience with DDESB-approved CSS for CWM removal.
• 5+ years' experience managing CWM task order work for USACE Huntsville Center (preferred).
• Project management experience in scope, schedule, and budget.
• Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational management skills and attention to detail.
• MMR program experience (CWM, advanced geophysical classification).
• Experience managing CWM projects for USACE Huntsville Center/Redstone Arsenal.
• Proposal-writing skills, experience with Multiple Award Task Order Contract proposals.
• Proven ability to market and win work.
• Advanced knowledge of DoD and USACE MMR focusing on CWM.
