Job Details
AECOM is seeking a Chemical Warfare Material Manager to work with a team of technical experts delivering remediation services in the Federal market. As a Deputy Program and Client Manager for the USACE Huntsville Center, responsibilities include:
- Manage/perform CWM removal under FFP or CPFF contract for USACE
- Develop complex technical approaches and competitive pricing for CWM identification and removal
- Prepare CWM workplans and schedules, manage budgets and quality, lead field teams during removal actions
Minimum Requirements:
- BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology, or related field
- 10+ years’ experience, including 2 years of leadership as a Project Manager of federal projects
- US citizenship required
Preferred Requirements:
- USACE MMRP experience performing CWM remediation operations
- Thorough knowledge of USACE EP 75-1-3 and DDESB-approved Chemical Safety Submission (CSS)
- 5+ years’ experience managing CWM task order work for USACE Huntsville Center
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget
- Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced on MMR programs, including CWM and advanced geophysical classification
- Experienced managing CWM projects for the USACE Huntsville Center and/or Redstone Arsenal
- Demonstrated proposal-writing skills
- Advanced knowledge of DoD and USACE MMR focusing on CWM requirements and processes
