Job Details
Reporting to the VP AI Solutions, you will play a key role in driving strategic alignment and operational rigor across our AI Solutions organization. This is an execution-focused role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution Support: Design and manage information flow systems.
- Accountability Cadence & Operational Rhythm: Establish structured check-ins and regular review cadences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Support data-driven decision-making through research and reporting.
- Project Oversight & Special Initiatives: Take ownership of ad-hoc projects.
- Communication & Information Flow: Streamline internal communications.
- Executive Shadowing & Representation: Represent the VP AI Solutions in tactical meetings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in strategy, operations, or program management.
- Consulting or MBA a strong plus.
- Strong analytics and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experienced in setting up accountability rhythms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in AI.
