Role Overview: The Chief of Staff will be a strategic partner to the CFO, leveraging experience from top-tier financial institutions. The role requires strong investor relations, corporate development, and strategic initiative management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investor Relations and Strategic Positioning: Develop and manage investor communication strategies, coordinate meetings, and monitor market sentiment.
- Corporate Development: Identify and evaluate partnerships, manage due diligence, and support negotiation processes.
- Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives: Drive high-impact projects, create detailed plans, provide analytical support, and develop innovative solutions.
- Strategic Coordination and Enablement: Facilitate communication and alignment between the CFO and other executives, identify cross-functional initiatives, and develop strategic frameworks.
- Executive Support: Provide strategic insights, represent the CFO, and manage sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- 4-6 years experience in strategic roles at top-tier financial institutions
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives
- Deep understanding of business strategy and financial ecosystems
