Full-Time Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Miratech is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Purpose: Contribute to business growth by partnering with the CEO on strategic initiatives and leading several critical business functions.

About the Role:

• Key Responsibilities:
• Drive strategic initiatives and business growth (M&A, equity partnerships, new business investments, organizational change/transformation) alongside the CEO and board.
• Lead the Office of the CEO, chief of staff function, and leadership development to enhance executive effectiveness and alignment.
• Develop and execute strategic & tactical plans, monitor performance, and maintain alignment with the business vision.
• Oversee and improve the corporate projects management office.
• Assume additional responsibilities as needed to fulfill role objectives.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience as a CEO, COO, chief of staff, managing director, or equivalent leadership role in midsize or large enterprises.
• Experience in IT services, professional services, managed services, consulting, or similar industries.
• Experience with Big Three management consulting firms is a plus.
• Essential operational business experience in a global, multicultural, and fast-growing environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and strategy.
• Excellent negotiation skills, ability to get things done, and data-driven leadership.
• Minimum Qualifications:
• M.S. degree, Executive MBA, or equivalent.
