Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Intern Opportunity
Location: Remote (Houston Metro Area – Periodic In-Person Meetings)
Employment Type: Internship | TXWORKS Program Participant
Compensation: $20-40/hr (Up to 32 hours per week) | 50% TXWORKS Reimbursed
Equity Bonus: 5-20% of Annual Salary Upon Completion of Internship & Full-Time Promotion
Internship Duration: 4 Years | Anticipated Start Date: March – June 2026
Priority Given To: Freshman & Sophomore Applicants
About the Internship: A 4-year immersive leadership training program to prepare future executives for the CSO role.
What You'll Do:
- Business Strategy & Revenue Growth: Assist in developing revenue-sharing models, negotiating partnerships, and analyzing financials.
- Grant Writing & Government Contracts: Research and write grant proposals, and develop proposals for contracts.
- Workforce Development & Union Innovation: Support implementation of revenue-sharing programs, benefits, and hybrid work models, and unionization strategies.
- AI & Business Automation Integration: Learn and implement AI tools (Seamless.ai, ClickUp, Reply.io, Phenom.com) for optimizing processes.
- Sustainable Housing & Community Development: Assist in developing affordable and sustainable housing projects.
- Community Engagement & Economic Education: Organize educational workshops, fundraising campaigns, and business development events.
What We're Looking For:

No prior experience required. All training provided through Govuni’s 4-Year Executive Training Program.
