Intern Sales Congress Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Congress Intern to join our dynamic ENA Sales Congress team for a 3-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, sales strategies, and client relationship management within the hospitality industry.

1. Support the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and sales materials.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
3. Assist in managing client relationships and responding to inquiries.
4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth event operations.
5. Participate in meetings and take minutes as required.
6. Provide administrative support to the sales team.
7. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous internship or work experience in event planning or sales is an asset.

Training Duration: 3 MONTHS/beginning 5th May 2025
