Full-Time Cisco Webex DI Implementation Specialist

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (DI) solutions.
• Conduct as-is assessments and recommend migration/modernization strategies.
• Configure CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway, IM & Presence within Webex DI.
• Integrate Webex DI with cloud services and on-premises systems.
• Collaborate with network, security, and voice teams.
• Perform user migrations, number porting, and device onboarding.
• Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and training.
• Troubleshoot Webex DI deployment, security, and integration issues.
• Stay updated on Cisco Webex features, updates, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Cisco Unified Communications / Collaboration technologies.
• Proven experience implementing and migrating to Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (DI).
• Strong knowledge of CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway, IM & Presence, Webex Control Hub.
• Familiarity with SIP trunking, PSTN connectivity, SBCs.
• Experience with hybrid integrations (Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Azure AD).
• Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP, H.323).
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

• Cisco Collaboration certifications (CCNP, CCIE, Webex Calling Specialist).
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing / Zoom Phone integration.
• Familiarity with network security policies, firewalls, and QoS.
• Knowledge of cloud migration tools and methodologies.
