- In-Service Support (MCO) Missions: Monitor telephony activities (Cisco CUCM & Teams Telephony), ensure IT system stability and quality, implement technical solutions, provide second-level support, monitor infrastructures, diagnose incidents, collaborate with teams, and maintain documentation.
- Participate in 24/7 out-of-hours support. Manage Genesys Cloud administration.
- Continuous Improvement and Projects: Contribute to telecom strategy, address technical debt, conduct audits for migrating to Microsoft Teams Telephony, and plan copper line decommissioning. Deliverables include audit reports, technical specifications, migration schedules, and budget estimates.
- Third-Party Management: Monitor contracts, build partner relationships, and collaborate with procurement.
Desired Experience: Successful migration to Microsoft Teams, multi-site experience, SIP environment, and project management skills.
Required Profile: Engineer with telephony expertise, Computer Science degree, experience in installing/troubleshooting communication technologies, IP telephony devices, and monitoring tools (Centreon preferred).
Technical Skills: Microsoft Teams, Cisco CUCM, Cisco IOS Gateways, VOIP, Genesys Cloud, call recording software, Windows, networking (IP, LAN/WAN, QoS, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Project & Team Management Skills: Experience managing group-wide projects, rigorous methodology. Regular travel required.
