Full-Time Client Implementation Manager

PayIt is a fast-growing GovTech company modernizing resident interactions with government. Their platform consolidates government services & payments. Implementation Manager role will lead SaaS implementations with agency teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client implementation efforts: project management, business rule gathering, implementation, collaboration.
• Develop & configure prototypes based on client needs.
• Incorporate client feedback iteratively.
• Communicate & coordinate with engineering, PMO on project needs.
• Manage test planning, requirement alignment, and issue resolution.
• Ensure delivery meets client & PayIt specifications.
• Maintain platform hygiene: workflows, naming, data organization.
• Proactively address potential issues, user experience problems.
• Serve as primary contact for handoff to Client Success, Operations, Support.
• Develop training materials & FAQs for PayIt departments.
• Maintain client documentation.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years experience in software-based organizations.
• Experience supporting/implementing applications using web technologies or in client-facing Business/Solution Analyst roles.
• Ability to lead large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Proactive, logical, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Resilient, able to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical aptitude, able to influence clients.
• Experience with full project management lifecycle, articulating product roadmaps.
• Experience using Project Management & Collaboration Tools (Confluence, Trello, Teams, Slack, Jira, etc.).
• Experience with Diagram & Visualization Solutions (Draw.IO, LucidChart, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
