Full-Time Client Manager - Medical Billing

• Greenway/Primesuite experience preferred.
• Infusion and copay assistance billing experience preferred.
• Resolve issues and remove barriers in the claims management process to maximize collection efforts.
• Claims management and collections experience a must.
• Manage to resolution the client escalations and payor issues as discovered or reported.
• Compile accurate month end reporting package and provide to management, based upon required monthly data points.
• Identify and report when escalations need to occur from operational staff or departments; determine patterns and manage for resolution.
• Successfully manage multiple clients.
• All duties as assigned by management.
• Salary is dependent upon experience.
