Full-Time Client Manager - Private Equity

Client Manager is the point of daily contact with the client, representing Endava.

Work within a fast-paced, high-growth Private Equity (PEG) sector of a digital organization - Endava.

Responsibilities Include:

• Building and managing delivery teams of tech and PE experts.
• Understanding investment thesis and defining project scope.
• Forecasting revenue and profit, and ensuring project delivery.
• Cultivating new business and client relationships.
• Developing strategies for revenue growth within client portfolios.
• Building relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level).
• Ensuring successful delivery and commercial success.
• Managing and supporting a diverse team within the account.

Skills Required:

• Familiarity with Private Equity, Investment Cycle, Value Creation Plans, and tech diligence.
• Project management & leadership (teamwork, client management, contract negotiation).
• Business and investment background (understanding value chain and operations).
• Technology knowledge (tech or tech-adjacent background).
• Understanding of Application, Data, and Infrastructure Architectures.
• Consulting experience (crafting messages and content for clients).
• Proven execution track record and experience leading technical teams.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 5 years experience in client-facing roles (e.g., Senior Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Account Manager).
• Extensive knowledge in Private Equity and/or M&A.
• Building trusted client relationships with senior counterparts.
• Communicating complex technical concepts effectively.
• Commercial awareness and successful negotiation experience.
• Flexible approach to managing client deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree (and relevant professional qualification preferred).
