Candidates must currently be located in the greater Toronto area with ability to attend in-person client meetings as required.
This is a fixed term contract role
Support new and existing Strategic Analytics & Insights clients to achieve planned revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Proactively search for new clients and opportunities in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Independently sell SA&I services, assess client needs, and offer solutions to meet sales targets.
- Business development to achieve commercial targets.
- Partner with the local Account Development team to understand client needs and priorities (joint business planning).
- Scope projects to meet SA&I sales targets, ensuring feasibility with Solution expert, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
- Build SA&I portfolio awareness within and outside the organization.
- Execute the business plan and proactively search for market opportunities.
- Participate in the preparation of sales plans, manage the sales pipeline, and provide weekly forecasting input.
- Collaborate with other departments in NielsenIQ.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years experience in CPG/T&D Sales and Consumer research
- Proven sales acumen
- Previous client servicing experience
- Excellent analytical, consultative, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize with keen attention to detail
- Collaborative, team player with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of NielsenIQ products, services, and data (preferred)
