About the Role: K Health is seeking a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner for a 25-hour-per-week, 4–6 month contract. This role focuses on sourcing and recruiting healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruitment experience (physician/healthcare preferred).
• Passion for sourcing talent, proven in a scaling environment.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with candidates.
• Telemedicine industry knowledge.
• Data interpretation skills to enhance recruiting.
• Operational and hospitality mindset to enrich candidate experience.
• Tech-savviness with experience using Greenhouse ATS and sourcing tools (Doximity, LinkedIn Recruiter).
