About the Role: Octave is hiring Licensed Clinicians to provide high-quality behavioral health care to clients. Clinicians will join a diverse team in a collaborative environment. Focus is on evidence-informed therapies, customized treatment plans, and quality access. Treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns via video, using short-term, evidence-based therapies.
Qualifications:
- LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, PsyD Current License in Minnesota
- Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school
- At least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience
- Experience with CBT, DBT, Unified Protocol, CPT, or PE preferred
- License in any of our other active states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, Washington D.C, WI) is a plus
Compensation: Individual pay varies based on licensure, experience, location, and other factors. Master's level: $107-$115/hour. Doctoral level: $115-$120/hour.
