Requirements:
- Junior/Senior in college (entering senior year fall 2025)
- US citizenship or green card
- Interest in Cloud Technologies: Demonstrated interest in cloud computing, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (process automation and workflow improvement interest)
- Ability to work well in a team environment, excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools quickly
- Excellent time management skills
- Final year students only
- Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, Ruby)
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js) or backend technologies (Django, Flask)
- Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and experience with querying/data manipulation
Cloud Support Intern Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues (networking, storage, compute, security)
- Provide timely technical support to internal teams and clients
- Monitor cloud environments (high availability and performance)
- Participate in incident management and escalation processes
- Implement cloud infrastructure improvements and automate routine tasks using scripting
- Document common issues, troubleshooting steps, and cloud environment configurations
- Adhere to cloud security best practices
Learning Objectives:
- Gain practical experience supporting cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Learn to monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure for reliability and security
- Develop automation skills using scripting languages

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

- Familiarity with a scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Knowledge of cloud monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver)
- Familiarity with cloud automation tools and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Understanding of security best practices and cloud compliance
