Required Qualities and Qualifications:
- Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, SQL server, PowerShell, SMTP, IIS, FTP/SMTP
- Willingness to learn: Eagerness to learn new technologies and practices
- Resourcefulness: Ability to quickly find and apply solutions
- Technical skills: Knowledge of MS Windows Server monitoring, maintenance, and automation/scripting tools (PowerShell, JSON)
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English
