Essential Qualities and Qualifications:

• Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, SQL server, PowerShell, SMTP, IIS, FTP/SMTP.

• Resourcefulness: Ability to quickly research and apply solutions effectively.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server monitoring, maintenance, automation, and scripting tools (PowerShell, JSON, etc.). Understanding of network infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, and SQL Server (advantageous).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are crucial for effective teamwork and technical explanations.
