Full-Time Cloud Systems Engineer

• Support the design of low-complexity solutions.
• Validate new reference architectures.
• Support projects and applications, ensuring alignment with defined reference architectures.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Provide end-to-end support for infrastructure implementation, including provisioning, pipeline construction, and deployment.
• Offer technical support and issue resolution for various teams.

• Up to 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Language proficiency: English (mandatory), Portuguese/Spanish (preferred).
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of IT solution architecture.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate; AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate; Associate Cloud Engineer.
• Proven ability to track and supervise the resolution of several ongoing issues.
• Good communication skills.
• Autonomous and problem solver.

• Microsoft Azure Cloud: Proven experience developing and deploying applications on Azure.
• Azure Functions and Logic Apps: Experience building serverless applications.
• Azure OpenAI Service: Experience with deploying and using models like GPT-4.
• Azure AI Search / AI Foundry: Knowledge of creating and managing vector stores.
• Data Factory and Databricks: Experience with ingestion pipelines.
• Azure Blob Storage: Experience with cloud storage solutions.
• CosmosDB: Knowledge of creating and managing long-term memory.
• Application Insights: Knowledge of logging setup.
• DevOps & MLOps: Proficiency with Docker, Azure Container Registry, CI/CD principles (GitHub Actions), and secrets management (Azure Key Vault, GitHub, HashiCorp Vault).
• API and External Services Integration: Setting REST APIs based on WebApps and Azure Functions; knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, and token-based authentication.
• Management Tools: ServiceNow and Jira/Confluence.
