Full-Time Co-Head of Platform Reliability

We are seeking a PRE Manager to lead critical initiatives in a dynamic environment. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of incident resolution, platform monitoring, deployment processes, and ongoing platform support. You will play a key role in driving research and market analysis efforts, ensuring actionable insights and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and estimate ticket timelines, conduct customer reviews, and ensure high-quality tickets for cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee the complete feature delivery lifecycle, from research to production, ensuring testing coverage and smooth deployment.
• Maintain a high-level understanding of feature development, aligning priorities across teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Challenge customer requests to ensure feasibility and strategic alignment, and drive productive collaboration between teams.
• Evaluate team performance, design individual development plans, conduct 1:1s, and guide onboarding to accelerate new hire effectiveness.
• Plan team resources effectively, participate in retrospectives, and introduce new operational gates to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Ensure research outputs are reproducible, clearly documented, and actionable, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Conduct interviews to expand the team with high-caliber talent.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of low-level market interactions.
• Background as a Gateway Engineer / Data Engineer / Quant Trader, or Architect.
• Deep understanding of trading processes and nuances, including the complexities of high-load environments and how technological factors impact trading metrics.
• Experience in designing and maintaining comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems, as well as managing incident resolution.
• Strong expertise in TradFi markets (mandatory); crypto experience is a plus.
• Fluent English.
